Should an item need to be returned, please call 0117 9737 252 and we will arrange a collection.
Faulty/Damaged products - please report within 5 working days of receipt (24 hours for furniture products).
Picking errors - please report within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
Shortages - please report within 24 working hours from the date of delivery.
No Longer required returns - please report within 30 working days (all products). In addition there are restocking fees applicable to all products types return between 15-30 days.
